A larger three-quarter facing portrait of Pahlevi, this being very similar to the vignette used on 1933-1934 currency issues, but with a different frame. Titled below the portrait "No. 8", and imprinted "National Bank of Persia." Satiny and lustrous light steel gray with some deeper olive toning around.
