A nice title plate for use on a municipal bond of Yokohama. The title is bold, deeply engraved and in an ornamented and attractive frame. The total bond issue was close to $20 million, and the bonds were due December 1, 1961, as given on the plate. Satiny medium gray. "City of Yokohama" is scratched into the plate near the top.
