How do I pay by bank wire? When sending your wire, be sure to include your order number so we can match it quickly. We kindly ask that payment is sent within 3 business days of placing your order.

How & when is my order shipped after it is submitted?
Your order is shipped to you registered insured via the USPS after your funds have cleared. You can expect your gold, silver, or platinum to arrive within 10 business days for orders that are in stock (shipping may take longer if shipped via Registered Insured Mail due to the additional security). For your protection, we ONLY ship to the same billing address on file when paying with a credit card.
