Obverse - the coin depicts an orchid, a flower renowned fir its beauty.

Reverse - it features a rounded version of the Chine character Shou, meaning longevity. This is surrounded by the Five Bats, harbingers of the Five Blessings or Five Happiness, namely, long life, wealth, health, love of virtue and death coming only after achieving one's destiny.
