The goal for the Valentine Panda project in 2016 was to create a tangible memento of love and friendship. In a world of mass produced, artificial-feeling products, master coin designer Ms. Chang Huan and Mr. Liao Bo at the Shenyang Mint Co. Ltd. Shenyang, China developed the first of ten years of romantic, heart-shaped pure silver keepsakes. Each year's design of Panda and roses softly suggest, "You Are The One", in its own enchanting way.
The obverse features a pair of Pandas. The reverse depicts an evening moonlit scene in the bamboo forest with the Chinese characters for "Happiness". It comes with certificate.
