Cambodia 2004-2005 Treasure of the Pharaoh Tutankhamun Silver Colored Coin (7 Wonders of the World Series)
The mask of young Pharaoh Tutankhamun’s sarcophagus is presented in full radiant colors. Well known for the treasures of his tomb, which was found virtually intact while the tombs of other pharaohs fell prey to grave robbers, Tutankhamun figures prominently in a multitude of research works as well as countless fictional writings and Hollywood movies.
On the obverse of each coin is the design featuring the bust of King Jayayarman VII who reigned in ancient Cambodia from 1162 to 1201. The denomination reflected on the obverse of the coins is 3,000 Riels. Each coin bears the year-date "2004" and "2005" on the obverse in a special latent design.
